Origins of RTT®

RTT® was founded by Marisa Peer, a world-renowned therapist, speaker, and best-selling author with over 30 years of experience in the field of psychotherapy and hypnotherapy. After decades of working with clients around the globe—from royalty and celebrities to everyday individuals—she began to recognize consistent patterns in how people internalize beliefs and create meaning from early life experiences.

The RTT method was established in 2021, it is method that integrates the most effective elements of several therapeutic approaches into one seamless modality.
